JACOB FROST – BOOK I
THE SENTINEL’S APPRENTICE
This is an excellent book for older children and young adults. It is the exciting, imaginative, tale of a young 12-year-old named Jacob Frost entering his surprising and challenging apprenticeship as a guardian of the many realms including earth. I will post chapters weekly From this new book, along with continuing postings from the other authors who are describing remarkable events that occurred in their lives. If you have children, consider starting from the beginning of these posts (reading the book from start to finish) and read them one every night. I know you and they will enjoy it!

Meet Ohio Fox (ohiofox.com), codename for a woman who is tough, resilient, and very beautiful. The intriguing stories of her life range from barroom fistfights to a life wandering with carnies and Gypsies.  Check out her stories and you’ll find yourself wondering how anyone could live life with such humor, intensity, and ferocity.

The Louisiana Graveyard Woman (louisianagraveyardwoman.com) has without question been in more graveyards in the state of Louisiana than any other person–alive! A brilliant woman with a PhD in Geography and GIS, the Louisiana Graveyard Woman will amaze and delight you with her understanding of how people in the state of Louisiana came to be buried where they were buried.

Mark is a Gold Prodigy (goldprodigy.com), not yet 20, he has spent his teen years looking for – and finding – gold! Whether it’s panning, using sophisticated sluice boxs, or just plain mining the gold out of old computers, Mark has done it all. Sit back and listen to the stories he will unfold about finding gold, and on the way learn the ins and outs of how to find it yourself!

And finally, I am the storyteller of Geology Sagas (geosagas.com) and the author of the Dissertation categories. Whether it’s almost getting run over by an ore train in a uranium mine, or nearly sliding off a cliff in a truck, or going 120 feet down in a 2 foot diameter borehole, the life of a geologist can be can be packed with adventure – if you can survive it! I invite you to listen to some of the stories of things that have happened to me through the years, and I guarantee you won’t be bored!

Some of the stories in this blog are stand alone entries while others will be serial styled, so be sure to check previous entries on the serial posts to read the full story!
